Job description

Lead and support Data and AI initiatives, including the design of automated data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics workflows

Clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured datasets to ensure accuracy, integrity, and usability

Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical methods to extract insights and support decision-making

Collaborate with business and domain stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reports and analytics solutions

Monitor and maintain data quality, implementing systematic validation processes and checks

Document processes and ensure traceability of data transformations and analysis outcomes

Prepare clear reports, visualisations, and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences

Provide mentorship or guidance to junior analysts or interns, where applicable

Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks, privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA), and industry-specific guidelines

Qualifications and Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field

1–3 years of experience in data analytics, with exposure to CRM, customer, or operational data preferred

Strong team player and able to work well with end-users and partners

Knowledge and Skills

Passion for leveraging data and AI to drive business value, customer engagement, and innovation

Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python and/or R, and modern data visualisation tools (E.g. Power BI, Tableau)

A strong background in predictive models, Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI

Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud), or similar customer data platforms (CDPs) would be a plus

Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PDPA, GDPR)
