Job summary

Qualifications

• PEB-recognised Civil/Structural Engineering degree.
• Minimum 7 years of civil engineering experience on LTA cycling path projects.
• Strong planning, site execution, progress tracking, and coordination.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with contract administration and project management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Short-notice availability advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing D&C of cycling path project.
• Coordinate design development, construction, scheduling, progress tracking, and handover.
• Review contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, LTA, utilities, subcontractors, and stakeholders on engineering and contractual matters.
• Monitor progress, manpower, plant, materials, and subcontractor performance.
• Support budgets, procurement, and resource planning to meet objectives.
• Identify risks and implement timely solutions with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, environmental requirements, permits and standards.
• Prepare progress reports, work programmes, technical reports, and other documentation.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Assist in stakeholder management and contract administration.
