Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking motivated Polytechnic students to join the Cybersecurity - Security Testing Assistant Associate program. The role offers hands-on experience in offensive security, including VAPT, HCR, SCR and Red Teaming, within a professional services setting.

You'll explore AI and automation to improve productivity, workflows, and reporting quality, while gaining exposure to real client engagements and security testing innovations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma in Cyber Security or related disciplines.
• Genuinely interested in offensive security and how attackers think.
• Curious about applying AI and automation to workflows and security.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support security assessments including VAPT, HCR and SCR.
• Assist in Penetration Testing across web, mobile, infrastructure.
• Support Red Teaming engagements by simulating real-world adversaries.
• Set up test environments, execute test cases, analyse results and document findings.
• Help prepare clear, well-structured reports with evidence for clients.
• Research emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities and tools.
• Explore and apply AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
• Apply AI-assisted approaches to offensive security work where appropriate.
• Contribute ideas on security testing innovation and tooling.
