Job summary

Sopra Steria in Singapore is seeking a Team Lead in cybersecurity to guide risk assessments, cloud security, and policy compliance across complex environments. You will mentor a skilled team, manage client engagements, and deliver secure solutions prior to go-live.

The role requires deep technical leadership, strong communication with executives, and a track record of delivering high-impact security programs in dynamic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CCSP, CISA or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting with leadership in risk assessment, cloud security, policy & compliance, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee security risk assessments across on-premise and cloud environments including AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Drive and review vulnerability assessments and develop actionable mitigations.
• Review enterprise security policies, standards, and procedures for regulatory alignment (NIST, ISO 27001, CSA, MAS).
• Mentor team members in application security, threat modeling, architecture reviews, and secure SDLC integration.
• Provide technical leadership in cloud security architecture reviews and SSAT activities.
• Develop risk reports and executive summaries for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity engagements with high client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on threats, tools, and frameworks to improve team capabilities.
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster collaboration.
