I am partnering my client in hiring a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join their established team to support cybersecurity initiatives.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to support our cybersecurity initiatives and assist in the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects. The Project Manager will work closely with cybersecurity experts, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project requirements, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.

Responsibilities:
'?' Collaborate with cybersecurity team members, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects.
'?' Assist in defining project objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
'?' Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against milestones and objectives.
'?' Coordinate project activities, resources, and dependencies, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
'?' Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
'?' Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and risks.
'?' Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, requirements, design documents, and change requests.
'?' Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization in project management practices, tools, and methodologies.
'?' Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices, and contribute insights and recommendations to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
'?' Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management to support the overall success of cybersecurity initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:
'?' Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
'?' Proven experience with 8 years in project management, with exposure to cybersecurity projects or functions.
'?' Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, including but not limited to network security, data protection, risk management, and compliance.
'?' Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
'?' Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
'?' Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
'?' Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions.
