Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex security projects, ensuring timely delivery and strong data protection. The role focuses on governance, risk, and cross-functional collaboration with security and business teams.

You will drive Agile delivery, oversee security analytics deployments (SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM), and manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT/Project Management, 5+ years managing Cybersecurity or Security Analytics programs.
• Define scope, objectives, roadmap, milestones, deliverables, budget, and success criteria.
• Drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate onboarding of security data sources (SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence).
• Translate technical topics into business-focused insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and operationalization of AgileSec Analytics across a large enterprise.
• Drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid methodologies; manage sprints, backlogs, and releases.
• Coordinate onboarding of security data sources and support analytics use-case implementation.
• Act as primary interface between client, business stakeholders, security teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Produce weekly status reports and executive dashboards; present to CISO/CIO and sponsors.
• Maintain RAID logs, manage risks/issues, and ensure compliance with security governance.
• Manage project finances, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor costs.
• Coordinate implementation partners and third-party vendors; track SLAs and commitments.
