Job summary

softscheck singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cybersecurity consultancy engagements in Singapore.

You will manage engagements from initiation to closure, coordinating with clients and internal consultants to deliver on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards. The role is hybrid in Singapore with occasional travel to client sites. Strong planning, stakeholder management and risk assessment are essential, along with clear communication and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or PM.
• Minimum five years in IT, cybersecurity, tech consulting or PM.
• Experience managing complex client engagements in IT/cybersecurity.
• English communication skills; Mandarin a plus.
• PM methodologies; PMP/PRINCE2 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for cybersecurity engagements from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules and resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers and status reports.
• Lead kick-off meetings, requirements gathering and progress reviews.
• Coordinate internal consultants, clients and stakeholders for delivery.
• Monitor progress against plans, budgets and SLAs; take corrective action.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and changes.
• Provide regular updates and manage client communications and expectations.
