Job summary

Hitachi Rail Singapore seeks a Project Cybersecurity Officer to lead cyber security activities across rail projects. The role covers incident management, vulnerability handling, and ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the AISO and HoD in Singapore, promote secure project delivery, and oversee security controls while engaging with suppliers and internal teams to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/Computing or equivalent.
Certifications: ISO/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks.

Responsibilities

Manage cyber security activities for projects, including incident management, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and data confidentiality & integrity.
Act as primary incident handler for critical/high severity security incidents with AISO and IS/IT Managers involvement.
Supervise local security controls, solutions, and requirements to ensure effective operation.
Engage early in projects to identify risks and define security requirements.
Ensure compliance to LTA tenders’ General Specifications Appendix H for relevant projects.
Provide cyber security input to Country Incident Management Plan and monitor it.
Manage cybersecurity risks with suppliers in collaboration with Procurement and Compliance.
