Job summary

Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations, Assistant Manager to strengthen daily security operations and contribute to strategic security planning. You will manage security tools, triage alerts, handle incidents, and help develop AI-enabled security capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external MSSPs, oversee secure configuration baselines, and drive improvements in security processes to protect client and firm data.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in IT, technology operations or cybersecurity.
• At least two years in security operations: alert triage, incident handling, vulnerability management or secure configuration.
• Experience with security controls across cloud, SaaS and on-premises systems.
• Ability to assess security risks and recommend controls proportionately.
• Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Ability to explain security risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certs such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC or Security+ are advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate security technologies covering vulnerability management, DLP, EDR, email security, identity security, cloud and mobile security, and SOAR.
• Design, build, test and manage autonomous AI agents to support security operations.
• Serve as service manager for external Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
• Investigate and triage security alerts and coordinate containment or escalation.
• Define and evaluate secure configuration baselines across SaaS, cloud, and on-premises systems.
• Respond to and manage security incidents to minimize impact.
