Job summary

FRANK RECRUITMENT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager (Operations & Architecture) to lead cybersecurity initiatives across the client’s IT landscape in the North-East Singapore region.

You will oversee security operations, risk management and incident response, driving best practices and collaboration with stakeholders. The role requires hands-on cloud security across AWS/Azure, security architecture expertise and a proven track record in large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud security experience across AWS, Azure and SaaS environments.
• Proven track record as a Cybersecurity Architect in large enterprise settings.
• Expertise in security architecture, risk assessment and threat modelling.
• Experience implementing and managing SIEM, XSOAR, EDR, SSPM and mobile security solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all cybersecurity initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, implement and maintain security policies, standards and frameworks.
• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Investigate security incidents, analyse root causes and drive remediation.
• Monitor cyber threats and security alerts to ensure timely response and mitigation.
• Deliver security awareness programmes, phishing simulations and incident response exercises.
• Enhance security risk assessment methodologies and recommend risk treatment plans.
• Provide technical leadership as a cybersecurity subject matter expert.
• Evaluate and implement emerging security technologies and solutions.

You will oversee security operations, risk management, incident response, and the implementation of security best practices across the IT landscape.
