Job summary

corestaff pte. ltd. is assisting a Singapore-based logistics and supply chain provider to recruit a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist with a strong focus on AI security and enterprise protection.

The role requires leadership of cybersecurity initiatives across systems and AI-enabled applications. The successful candidate will design security strategies, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure secure delivery throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• 7+ years in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, Security Architecture or Cyber Defense.
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects or managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect enterprise systems and AI-enabled applications.
• Design and implement security strategies, policies, and technical controls.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, threat modelling, and security reviews.
• Ensure secure system architecture and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify emerging cyber threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support incident response, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity investigations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor cybersecurity engineers.
• Keep abreast of latest cybersecurity trends, AI security risks, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, or Cyber Defense
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects or managing technical teams
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs) through implementation, governance, risk assessment, or enterprise adoption
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS not a must but would be an added advantage
