Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities:

• Establish security policies, conduct risk assessment, and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Oversee incident response, investigate breaches, and lead post-incident analysis
• Manage the design and deployment of security solutions, ensuring integration across software and infrastructure development
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee third-party vendor security assessments
• Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends and continuously enhance security infrastructure

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Security or related field
• Certification in CISSP, CISM preferred
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in project management
• Expertise in network security, encryption, and security tools
• Familiar with security frameworks and secure software development
• Experience in managing large-scale OT/CII security [projects and familiarity with emerging technologies like PAM, MFA and zero trust architecture
