Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support customers in maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure components.
• Execute installation, configuration, and upkeep of new software and hardware.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to customers’ IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage complex support issues effectively.
• Manage inventory control and documentation of IT systems.
• Create and implement automation using open-source software.
