Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a cybersecurity professional with 4+ years of IT/OT security experience to lead policy development, risk management, and governance across IT/OT environments.

You will monitor compliance, perform risk assessments, support security technologies, and drive awareness programs and security exercises while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of cybersecurity experience, IT/OT preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network, application, IT/OT security and risk management.
• Familiar with NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, ISA/IEC 62443 or IACS UR E26/E27.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GCIH, GSEC, AZ-500 or AWS are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor cybersecurity compliance across IT/OT environments and maintain risk registers.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, assurance reviews, and vulnerability management.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity technologies and controls.
• Support incident response, investigation, recovery, and post-incident reviews.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness programmes, training, and tabletop/exercise simulations.
• Develop and report cybersecurity KPIs, KRIs, and management metrics.
• Support initiatives covering cybersecurity, data governance, and AI governance.
• Manage cybersecurity projects and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.

• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, or IACS UR E26/E27.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GCIH, GSEC, AZ-500, or AWS certifications are advantageous.
