Job Description

Arrowcrest Technologies is seeking a proactive and self-driven Cybersecurity Executive to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of security measures across our integrated systems and client environments. This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to our cybersecurity posture with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform security assessments and identify vulnerabilities across systems and networks
  • Perform cyber hardening of systems in accordance with CIS Benchmarks and/or other industrial standards.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
  • Monitor for threats and investigate potential breaches or anomalies
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure system architecture
  • Stay current with evolving threats, technologies, and compliance standards
  • Support internal and client-facing security audits and documentation
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of network security, threat analysis, and risk management
  • Working knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and basic secure configuration practices for systems and networks
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, and SIEM platforms
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and standards (e.g., PDPA, ISO 27001)
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, GIAC, ECIH, CISM) are highly desirable
  • Prior internship or hands-on experience in cybersecurity is preferred
  • Prior experience in system administration, network administration, or cybersecurity administration is advantageous
