Job summary

JUME SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Security Operations Associate to provide administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for cloud-based security solutions, principally Zscaler and Netskope. You will onboard users, configure policies, and manage web access and cloud security controls to safeguard customers.

You will monitor alerts and logs, assist with incident investigations, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams. Strong communication and agile problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• 1-2 years in cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, or security operations.
• Hands-on with Zscaler or Netskope preferred.
• Experience administering security policies, access controls, web filtering, or cloud security policies.
• Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, routing, firewall.
• Experience with security logs, monitoring, incident investigation.
• Knowledge of change management and service requests.
• Good communication and ability to work with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support for cloud-based security solutions, primarily Zscaler and Netskope.
• Perform user onboarding, policy configuration, access control, and security rule administration.
• Configure and maintain security policies for web access, internet security, cloud applications, and user access.
• Monitor security alerts, logs, traffic activities, and system health to identify and troubleshoot potential security issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting connectivity, authentication, web access, proxy, and policy-related issues.
• Handle and respond to Change Requests (CR) and Service Requests (SR) relating to security platforms.
• Perform approved configuration changes in accordance with change management procedures.
• Assist with implementation and testing of new security policies, configurations, and security controls.
• Support integration and troubleshooting involving endpoint devices, network infrastructure, identity/authentication systems, and cloud applications.
• Perform policy reviews and assist with identifying excessive, outdated, or conflicting security rules.
• Assist with security incident investigation and work with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Perform log extraction and analysis to support incident investigation, troubleshooting, and audit requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, and network/security diagrams.
• Assist with security platform upgrades, patches, maintenance, and new feature implementations.
• Participate in security projects, migration activities, and deployment of new security solutions.
• Work closely with vendors and technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide remote and onsite support when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, proxy, SASE, or security operations.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler, Netskope, or similar cloud security/SASE solutions is preferred.
• Experience in administering security policies, access controls, web filtering, proxy policies, or cloud security policies.
• Basic to good understanding of networking concepts , including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, routing, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with security logs, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident investigation.
• Good understanding of change management, service request, incident management, and security patching processes.
• Experience working with endpoint security, identity management, or authentication solutions will be advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams.
• Meticulous, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Candidates with no relevant cybersecurity/network security experience will not be considered .

Working Hours:

9:00am to 6:00pm, Mondays to Fridays
