Job summary

JUME SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Security Operations Administrator to provide admin, monitoring, and troubleshooting for cloud security solutions such as Zscaler and Netskope.

You will onboard users, configure access controls, and manage web filtering policies. The role involves monitoring security events, handling change requests, and supporting incident investigations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in cybersecurity, solid logging and troubleshooting skills, and good communication

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cybersecurity or network security experience.
• Experience with cloud security/SASE solutions preferred.
• Experience administering security policies, access controls, web filtering, or cloud security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support for cloud-based security solutions (Zscaler/Netskope).
• Onboard users, configure policies, manage access control and security rules.
• Monitor alerts, logs, traffic, and system health; troubleshoot security issues.
• Handle Change Requests (CR) and Service Requests (SR) related to security platforms.
• Assist with policy reviews, incident investigations, and documentation.
