Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer in the Central Area of Singapore, near MRT, to design and operate enterprise security controls.

You will implement and manage technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, DLP, PAM, IAM, WAF, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management, while ensuring cloud and on-prem security practices. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity and at least 5 years of hands-on experience, with strong troubleshooting, ownership, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on security engineering experience implementing and managing enterprise security technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, Unix/Linux, and scripting.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise security and cloud solutions.
• Certification such as AWS Security Specialty or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, DLP, PAM, IAM, WAF, IDS/IPS, and Vulnerability Management.
• Implement and maintain cloud-native and third-party security solutions.
• Manage security tools, including hardening, upgrades, patching, vulnerabilities, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot security issues and incidents with internal teams and vendors.
• Conduct UAT, health checks, optimization, and production deployment of security solutions.
• Support security projects from POC to implementation and perform BAU changes in accordance with ITSM processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
