Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking motivated Cybersecurity Engineers to join our team. You will strengthen the organisation's cybersecurity posture by providing consultancy, advisory, and assurance services across a broad range of cybersecurity domains.

You will develop frameworks, assess security designs, work with stakeholders on reports and awareness, and support training and compliance efforts across government-friendly environments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably within a public sector environment.
• Experience in maintaining security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government security policies and standards.
• Experience in managing or supporting security audits and compliance reviews.
• Relevant cybersecurity qualifications such as CISSP or equivalent preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalise adaptable frameworks to enhance cyber resilience of enterprise systems.
• Assess security design, architecture and standards; review and recommend enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of reports and drive cybersecurity awareness.
• Assist in curriculum planning, training partnerships, and project management support.
• Conduct gap analyses to ensure compliance with government policies and track remediation.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening the organisation's cybersecurity posture by providing consultancy, advisory, and assurance services across a broad range of cybersecurity domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalise adaptable frameworks to enhance the cyber resilience of enterprise systems, ensuring these frameworks remain relevant and suitable for future technological advancements.
• Assess, research, and provide guidance on security design, architecture, and standards, review and recommend enhancements to security architecture, and provide security considerations and controls for policy development.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of regular reports such as cybersecurity scorecards, and assist in driving cybersecurity awareness initiatives across the organisation.
• Assist in managing curriculum planning and development, working with internal stakeholders and appointed training partners to ensure quality curriculum design, and provide support on training matters, administrative duties, resource planning, and project management.
• Participate in consultations and conduct gap analyses against new requirements to ensure continual compliance with prevailing Singapore Government policies, identify and assess gaps from audit and compliance activities and security incidents, develop corrective and preventive plans, and track compliance gaps for management reporting.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably within a public sector environment
• Experience in maintaining security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government security policies and standards.
• Experience in managing or supporting security audits and compliance reviews.
• Relevant cybersecurity professional qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification, is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
