Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions to clients, maintaining standards with a client-centric mindset.
• Handle installation tasks, break/fix incidents, and problem management responsibilities.
• Utilize automated tools for staging, pre-loading configurations, and onsite deployment to improve automation proficiency.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
• Participate in configurations, installations, and break/fix events, including entry-level security system configurations, integrations, and automation under supervision.
• Analyze security-related information and escalate incidents for validation and remediation.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or shifts outside traditional hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or those with less than 3 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and work under pressure.
• Team-oriented, resourceful, with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge in cybersecurity principles, routing/switching technology, TCP/IP, Firewall, Intrusion prevention, and IaaC tools like Terraform or Ansible is advantageous.
