Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notched technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work with client centric mindset.

• Take responsibility for a portion of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management.

• Take responsibility for a portion of an installation, incident response, technical support events and problem management.

• Learn to utilize automated mediums to perform staging, pre-loading configurations, and onsite deployment, ultimately enhancingproficiency in automation.

• Work together and collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to fulfil client requirements

• Attend less complex configurations, installations, and break/fix events.

• Perform entry level security systems configurations, integrations and automation under supervision

• Analyze security-related information and events, escalation of incidents for validation and remediation

• Flexible working hours may include occasional overtime or shifts outside of traditional business hours

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of working experience

• Strong in interpersonal skills

• Has excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

• Ability to prioritize work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Team player, resourcefulness, strong analytical skills are an advantage

• Knowledge in the following area may be advantageous:

• - Basic cybersecurity design andprinciples and Routing or Switching technology

• - TCP/IP or Firewall, Intrusion prevention concepts

• - GitHub, Gitlab Code Repositories and Python or Javascript Languages

• Terraform, Ansible or other IaaC environments

• Project management methodologies
