Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is seeking a proactive project manager to join the Safer Cyberspace Division and drive cybersecurity adoption across enterprises in Singapore.

You will plan and execute outreach activities, manage initiatives like CISO-as-a-Service, craft communications for various engagement platforms, and develop collateral to support CSA’s safer cyberspace initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree and 3–5 years of technology project management experience.
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify cybersecurity concepts into layman language.
• Creative, with good eye for visuals to drive collateral development.
• High self-drive, a team player and fast learner.
• Strong sense of curiosity, with willingness to self-learn and pick up relevant technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of cybersecurity by key target segments supported by the Division.
• Plan and implement outreach and engagement activities – both in-person events and online – to raise enterprise awareness of CSA’s safer cyberspace initiatives.
• Project manage cybersecurity initiatives in the Division that support cybersecurity adoption of enterprises, e.g. CISO-as-a-Service.
• Develop the narrative and communications of the Division’s initiatives for different engagement platforms, e.g. social media, speeches at industry events by senior Government officials.
• Plan and implement social media content to raise enterprise awareness of CSA’s safer cyberspace initiatives.
• Source for and/or develop collaterals, e.g. infographics, cybersecurity toolkits, to support the initiatives; oversee creatives as needed.
• Develop measures to track and measure the effectiveness of partnerships and engagements, e.g., using Google Analytics to track metrics.
