Job summary

A leading cybersecurity firm in Singapore is seeking a cybersecurity architect to serve as the Point of Contact post-tender award. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including expertise in cybersecurity tools and excellent communication skills. This role involves designing and implementing solutions to safeguard infrastructure against cyber threats. The position is based in Jurong East.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) post-tender award, ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Design and implement end-to-end cybersecurity solutions that enable the organization to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Define and develop security requirements using risk assessments, threat modeling, testing, and analysis of existing systems.
  • Create security integration strategies to safeguard current infrastructure while incorporating future solutions.
  • Formulate action plans encompassing policy creation and governance, system hardening, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and addressing emerging cybersecurity threats.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the adoption of software designs and best practices aligned with security standards.
  • Keep abreast of the latest intelligence from law enforcement and other sources of cyber threat information.
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Require a minimum of three years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and endpoint protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP and CISM preferred.
