Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited seeks a Manager, Digital & Technology to lead cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, and data protection across on-premises and cloud environments. You will coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to strengthen cyber resilience.

The role requires 5 years in cybersecurity with at least 2 years in leadership, and hands-on expertise across IAM, EDR, DLP, and AI security.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 5 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Infrastructure & Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Application Security, Data Security & Privacy, IAM/PAM, Security Platforms, AI Security and API Security
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls, ISO 27001 and regulatory requirements
• Strong stakeholder management, project delivery and vendor management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the cybersecurity architecture and technology roadmap
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity architecture standards and reference architectures
• Lead security architecture reviews for infrastructure, cloud, network, endpoint, application, data and digital initiatives
• Assess emerging technologies and threats to identify risks and controls
• Ensure security-by-design is embedded across solution lifecycles
• Oversee security controls across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networks and endpoints
• Lead deployment and optimisation of cybersecurity platforms
• Drive endpoint protection, hardening standards, vulnerability management and privileged access controls
• Lead application security programme including secure SDLC and remediation
• Oversee data protection controls including data classification, encryption and DLP
• Partner with development and business teams to embed security throughout application and data lifecycle
