Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking a cybersecurity professional to protect the organisation's technology infrastructure, endpoints and digital assets. You will contribute to the implementation and operation of security controls across the enterprise, collaborating with technology teams and security partners.

The role covers architecture, platform management and governance, including security reviews, standards development and overseeing security technologies such as IAM, EDR/XDR,

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, infrastructure security or platform administration.
• Strong understanding of security architecture across on-premises, cloud and hybrid.
• Experience with IAM / PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM, Email security, vulnerability management, DLP and cloud security platforms.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls and ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of network, cloud, identity and infrastructure security concepts.
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects or platform implementations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in security architecture reviews for infra, cloud, network and apps.
• Assess new technologies and recommend security controls and architectures.
• Develop cybersecurity standards, patterns and reference architectures.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead deployment, configuration and administration of cybersecurity platforms.
• Manage lifecycle of cybersecurity technologies including upgrades and renewals.
• Drive integration between cybersecurity solutions and enterprise platforms.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet requirements.
