Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a risk analytics professional to analyze risk data and fraudulent behavior across its international markets and to design robust anti-fraud strategies. You will own daily content-safety operations for international markets, crafting review rules and SOPs to guarantee zero leakage of violative content.

Responsibilities include tracking attack-and-defense trends, distilling best-practice playbooks, and applying insights to strategy and product iterations to stay ahead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; able to build data experiments independently and complete the full cycle of strategy evaluation and deployment.
• Data-driven approach; proficient in SQL/Python/Excel and capable of mobilizing cross-functional resources to implement solutions.
• Exceptional risk intuition and problem-solving skills; able to quickly identify root causes of sudden threats and deliver actionable countermeasures.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for daily work.
