Job summary

HSBC Life Singapore seeks a senior cyber security leader to define and drive the cyber technology strategy, target architecture and a multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements. You will lead the adoption of modern security capabilities, oversee risk management, incident readiness and cyber resilience, and partner with executive teams to balance speed with control.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in cyber security or information security engineering.
• Proven ability to design and deliver cyber technology strategies in a large, regulated org.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture, cloud security, IAM, security ops.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain cyber technology strategy, target architecture and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead adoption of modern security capabilities including identity, cloud security and analytics.
• Establish secure-by-design principles and provide senior technical leadership across platforms and services.
• Oversee technology selection, engineering, implementation, service transition and lifecycle management.
• Own cyber technology risk management including control design, testing and remediation.
• Strengthen cyber resilience and incident preparedness through recovery capabilities and regulatory engagement.
• Improve security operations and incident response through monitoring, detection and lessons learned.
