Job summary

MHA - Internal Security Department (ISD) is seeking a cyber security professional to help safeguard Singapore’s internal security. Your work will involve vulnerability assessments, tool development for penetration testing, and building proof-of-concept simulations to demonstrate vulnerability impact.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant field, is passionate about cyber security, and has knowledge of networking and web technologies, CMS platforms, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Infocomm Security/Technology or equivalent competencies.
• Strong interest and passion in cyber security domain.
• Knowledgeable in computer networking and web development languages/frameworks (PHP/JSP/ASP/Python/Javascript).
• Familiarity with CMS (Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal/vBulletin) and Enterprise/Cloud-based technologies (Active Directory/AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Good interpersonal and communications (written/oral) skills.
• Good analytical skills – able to distil complex technology concepts.
