The role requires deep expertise in IR, forensics, and threat intelligence, with a track record of managing complex security operations across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of deep experience in Cybersecurity Operations, SOC Management, or Incident Response.
• Proven track record of leading or providing oversight in high-pressure security incidents.
• Domain expertise across hybrid environments (On-prem, Cloud, OT) and risk-based少 decision making.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management & Response: standardise ministry-wide playbooks for diverse threats.
• Crisis Leadership: provide direct guidance and oversight during High/Critical incidents.
• Incident Governance: work with CIOs/CISOs to establish clear command structures during crises.
• Operational Readiness & Resiliency Testing: design tabletop exercises and oversee chaos testing.
• Continuous Monitoring & Asset Governance: ensure central monitoring and asset inventory across ministries.
