We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Freelance CX Trainer in Singapore!

What you will be doing:

  1. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include:
  2. Understanding our clients’ learning needs to ensure you deliver impactful training to their teams.
  3. Liaising with the Project Manager and team to determine training needs, objectives, and schedule training sessions.
  4. Supporting in designing effective training programs and content.
  5. Delivering training sessions in class and/or online (Retail programs, workshops, coaching…) and creating a vivid and dynamic environment to impact mindset change and equip the participants with relevant skills and knowledge.
  6. Inspiring participants through different methodologies (discussion, demonstration, game, and story).
  7. Able to coach (on floor or online).

What you will bring along:

  1. Strong luxury retail background and insight (Skincare, Perfume & Makeup preferred).
  2. Minimum 5+ years’ experience related to service excellence, CX, and training field.
  3. Experienced in classroom training & workshops, and on-field coaching on customer experience mindset, emotional selling, service excellence, clienteling/CRM for retail frontline teams.
  4. Experienced in conducting learning activities with different interactive methods.
  5. Excellent communication skills with proficient language skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  6. Able to develop training material and activities is a plus.
