About the Role
Da Di Learning Studio is seeking a friendly, proactive, and organised individual to join us as a Customer Service Officer (part-time). You’ll be the welcoming face of our learning community, supporting parents, managing daily operations, and helping our brand shine.

Frontline Sales & Parent Engagement

• Be the warm and welcoming face of Da Di
• Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
• Conduct studio tours and share the unique value of our programmes
• Proactively approach potential customers in the vicinity of the centre
• Follow up on leads and support enrolment
• Build strong rapport with families to encourage student retention

Centre Operations & Administration

• Handle registration, invoicing, and fee collection
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance
• Prepare teaching materials and ensure classrooms are clean and ready
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a cheerful, organised approach
• Support in the creation of teaching resources

Marketing & Social Media

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts
• Create engaging content (photos, reels, stories, captions)
• Schedule and track marketing campaigns
• Support broader brand initiatives across our sister companies

What We’re Looking For

• Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
• Proactive and confident in engaging with parents and the public
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to multi-task effectively
• Comfortable using social media and basic digital tools
• Sales or customer service experience preferred

Work Details

• Locations: 1) Da Di Tampines (Tampines Changkat CC) 2) Da Di Eunos (Kampong Ubi CC)
• Hours: Part-time, Saturday 8.30pm to 6pm
• Remuneration: [$12-15/hr]
