Griffin HR Consultancy PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional in Singapore to manage billing, invoicing, and payments at our Macpherson location. The role entails monthly journal entries and coordination of supplier pricing and letters of credit.

The ideal candidate will have experience with customs-related processes and a willingness to handle additional admin tasks as needed. Salary offers up to SGD 3,500 with bonus and AWS.

Qualifications

• Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes, including invoicing, credit notes and payment follow-ups.
• Post receipts and payments and perform monthly journal entries.
• Verify supplier pricing and invoices including letters of credit management.
• Coordinate customs duties, permit declarations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
