Introduction
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work directly with HubSpot customers across all product lines and channels. Your role involves resolving issues, helping customers familiarize themselves with HubSpot tools, and delivering a human-centered, helpful, and consultative support experience through creative problem-solving and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Apply troubleshooting frameworks to investigate technical queries and remove barriers.
  • Identify and diagnose software issues to enhance the product experience.
  • Utilize internal resources to learn and adapt to product updates and industry changes.
  • Use business acumen to identify growth opportunities for customers and convert them into sales leads.
  • Provide thoughtful, empathetic, and tailored resolutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with teams like Customer Success and Product to retain and grow customer accounts.
  • Model HubSpot values and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Work Hours
