Job summary

A leading company in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Customer Support Executive responsible for managing corporate customer inquiries and orders. With a focus on service excellence, the role requires strong organizational and communication skills to collaboratively fulfill customer needs and maintain high satisfaction.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer support to corporate customers, including end-to-end management of customers’ orders and requests

• Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support and documentation

• Prepare and submit quotations to customers promptly

• Prepare and submit documents required by customers in their respective management systems

• Proactively update customers on their order status and shipment schedules

• Maintain accurate and updated records of spare parts price lists for customers

• Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders and internal departments to fulfil customers’ orders and ensure timely execution of shipments

• Prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with custom queries

• Work closely with internal teams to manage customers’ issues & solution implementation

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

• Possess a customer-centric mindset

• Meticulous & hardworking with strong organizational and analytical skills

• Good self-drive and self-discipline with minimal supervision required and possess a 'Can Do' attitude

• High level of integrity and can be trusted in handling confidential information

• Able to work well in a team as well as being independent and pro-active

• Able to work under tight schedules and handle high volume of requests, yet remain composed and positive under difficult situations

• Able to work after office hours when required

• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to integrate with people of differing backgrounds

• Experience in managing multiple projects/engagements with short deadlines is an advantage
