  • Liaise with customer on work programs and service activities
  • Liaise with the managers, executives & coordinators on work schedules, manpower allocation and scheduling
  • Answer and record all incoming requisition from customers
  • Disseminate work requests to operations staff and subcontractors
  • Updating of work orders and schedules
  • Prepare calls records summary including subcontractors work request
  • Data entry of records
