You Are
- Highly proficient in writing and speaking in English

You Will Find Yourself
- Supporting customer queries, resolving customer escalations, and restoring customers’ success across channels like live chat, email, WhatsApp, calls, and face-to-face interactions
- Assisting in the setup of our customers, which might involve basic Excel skills
- Iterating on external help articles and internal support SOPs
- Driving customer success throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure adoption, growth, and renewal
- Collaborating with multiple departments (sales, product, engineering) to set our customers up for success
- Acting as the voice of our customers (VOC), conveying needs and issues internally
- Documenting customer interactions and success stories for reference
