Customer Support Executive(Full-Time)

Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all users on our platform — from addressing inquiries to resolving issues and gathering valuable feedback to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Knowledge & Support

* Understand and stay up to date with EL Connect’s Terms of Service and platform features

* Provide accurate, helpful responses to questions about job listings, app features, and platform rules.

2. Freelancer & Client (hirer) Support

* Respond promptly to inquiries via phone call, WhatsApp chats, in-app support tickets, and emails.

* Always deliver service with a positive and empathetic attitude.

* Escalate unresolved or sensitive matters to the management team accordingly.

* Maintain high satisfaction and trust with users through effective communication.

3 Record inquiries and resolutions accurately in internal systems

* Maintain logs of common issues and solutions to improve internal knowledge base.

4. Feedback Collection & Community Engagement

* Gather and document user feedback to help improve app experience.

* Encourage users to leave reviews on social media

5. Administrative

* Verify freelancer accounts and certifications (e.g., Food Safety LOA, WSQ, MC etc) - contact users when re-submission is required.

* Assist with coordination for lucky draw winners for prize collection appointments. (Adhoc)

* Follow up with clients on freelancers working hours.

Job Requirements
