Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls and inquiries from the General and Appointment Lines, providing information about the hospital services to patients and the public.

  • Assist with scheduling patient appointments and provide related appointment information.

  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing referral documents, maintaining departmental records, and updating rosters and statistics reports.

  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • O level, Nitec, Diploma in any relevant discipline

  • Experience working in call center environment
