A healthcare services provider in Singapore is seeking an organized Call Center Executive. Responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. Applicants should have at least an O level or Diploma, and experience in a call center environment is preferred. Receptionists with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Manage calls and inquiries from the General and Appointment Lines, providing information about the hospital services to patients and the public.
Assist with scheduling patient appointments and provide related appointment information.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing referral documents, maintaining departmental records, and updating rosters and statistics reports.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
O level, Nitec, Diploma in any relevant discipline
Experience working in call center environment
