Job summary

A leading HR services firm located in Singapore is seeking an Order Management representative. The role involves processing new orders through the SAP Order Management System, resolving pricing issues, and participating in projects for continuous improvement. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, while utilizing various Microsoft tools. Working hours follow the US schedule, Tuesday to Saturday from 5am to 2pm.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process new orders and order changes within set service level agreements via SAP Order Management System.
  • Participate in projects. Lead and/or collaborate with an Order Management team to brainstorm and actively participate in efforts for process standardization, Continuous Process Improvement as well as process automation using available tools (e.g. AI, RPA).
  • Acquire a correct understanding of order pricing logic and be able to apply the knowledge to perform initial pricing issue analysis and be able to assist in collaborating with the Account Manager, Pricing Team and/or Sales to resolve order pricing issue.
  • Create and/or manage Customer business partner records and other customer parametric setups required in SAP system.
  • Proactively assist in order holds timely resolution to facilitate order shipment per customer’s requested delivery date and to meet corporate quarter-end revenue targets.
  • Identify customer order data issues between systems and be able to perform some preliminary investigation before escalating to higher management and IT for further troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Utilize reporting as needed to confirm proper execution of Order Management processes.
  • Work with other OM teams assigned to Asia and Europe customers in addition to North America customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Order Management module in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System Flori Apps platform is an advantage
  • Preferebly someone with 1 – 2 years’ experience in order processing/order management.
  • Must be open to try out AI
  • Ability to quickly learn to accurately execute order entry and order change processes adhering to standard operating procedure
  • Ability to write clear, polite communications via email
  • Skilled in diplomatic verbal communication
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Able to multi-task on daily operational responsibilities as well as project related work in a deadline driven environment
  • Must be a team player with a good working attitude: being adaptable, flexible, positive and open minded to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment that undergoes constant change
  • This position is highly supporting the US site, following US Public holiday and schedule. The working hours is from Tuesdays-Saturdays, 5am to 2pm.
