Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Experience: At least 1 year

Job Location: Pune (Bavdhan)

Eligibility: Fluency in English, knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Excellent communication skills (verbal & non-verbal). Any engineering background, B.E. or electrical background preferable. Experience at least 1 year in troubleshooting & installation. Freshers also welcomed. Excellent problem-solving, management, and leadership skills. Experience/Knowledge of Home Automation & IOT is an added advantage. MS Office, Basic Excel & PowerPoint. Immediate joiners only.

Job Description
  1. Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior management to understand customer needs.
  2. Own overall relationship with assigned customers, including troubleshooting service calls pan India over call/video calls.
  3. Responsible for executing and supervising installation of Zemote smart products for customers.
  4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, network configuration, and Zemote app installation.
  5. Establish trusted relationships and drive value of our products and services.
  6. Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
  7. Provide training to technical staff on new product installation processes.
  8. Understand wiring of homes/offices, including 3-phase wiring standards and electrical layout drawings.
  9. Assist sales team in preparing quotations based on site layouts to recommend suitable Zemote products.
  10. Maintain electrical knowledge, developing it if necessary.
  11. Readiness to travel extensively across India.
  12. Collect feedback from clients and upsell or cross-sell products.
  13. Manage all activities related to customer success across India.
  14. Implement strategies for sales and customer service.
  15. Prepare documentation or visuals for clients to demonstrate campaign performance; analyze trends and suggest improvements.
  16. Maintain customer success metrics and data.
  17. Report work progress regularly to superiors.
  18. Collaborate with the Director of Support to develop customer support documentation and videos.
  19. Ensure all support practices uphold the company's reputation.
  20. Support VP of Sales with pre-sales engineering and system configurations.
  21. Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
  22. Develop and maintain customer success procedures and best practices.
  23. Note: Strictly work from office only; no work-from-home options.
Salary

₹2,00,000 to ₹2,50,000 per annum
