Working location: Paya Lebar

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide personalized support and solutions to address client needs
  • Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure success
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services
  • Create and deliver training sessions to help clients maximize product value
  • Track and report on client performance metrics and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs
  • Play a key role in driving client retention and long-term partnerships

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients
