Your Responsibilities

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager, based in Singapore. This role sits at the core of our business. It provides front-line guidance and support to all areas of the APAC business and contributes to decisions that impact Jedox’ growth every day. In this role, you will be responsible for the onboarding, adoption, health, renewal, and expansion of a portfolio of Jedox clients, ensuring high satisfaction and return on investment.

In this role, you will:
  • Own a portfolio of customers, driving retention, expansion, and adoption of Jedox solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic Customer Success Plans aligned with clients’ business objectives
  • Proactively monitor product usage and adoption, and take action to drive improvement where needed
  • Lead regular customer check-ins and value realization meetings to assess progress and align on future goals
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve technical or platform-related issues
  • Consult with customers to help them map Jedox capabilities to their broader business strategies
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to close them

Your Profile
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Project Manager
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention, growth and successful adoption of SaaS or EPM
  • Experience managing enterprise clients and executive-level relationships
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Support, Academy)
  • Working knowledge of FP&A processes, EPM consulting, or program management is preferred
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proactive, collaborative mindset
