Position Description: We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team!

The Customer Success team is responsible for working directly with our global customer base, operating the business and providing top-level service to scale every programmatic campaign as we leverage our technology in the best possible way. Our main goal is to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

Jampp is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage long-term relationships and oversee the tactical management of our customers' mobile marketing campaigns. You will analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and build long-term business partnerships with our customers.

What You'll Do
Customer Focus
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, building strong relationships within the mobile programmatic space.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Understand customer needs and business goals, providing strategic advice.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Business Strategy
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and leverage these as learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams on key projects.
  • Campaign Management
  • Lead strategic campaigns independently, planning and optimizing mobile marketing efforts using Jampp's tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
  • Provide reports, identify challenges and opportunities, and recommend improvements.

What We Look For
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Commercial mindset and customer focus.
  • 3-5 years in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report creation.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean skills are a plus.
  • Self-starter with a desire for continuous learning and challenges.
