Job description

Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive value and engagement across our their enterprise accounts. You’ll work with new and existing clients to understand their goals, address key challenges, and ensure they get the most from their macroeconomic research and data. Your role will involve onboarding, training, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Understand client objectives and deliver tailored, insight-driven solutions.
  • Lead onboarding and training to maximise product use.
  • Monitor usage, track satisfaction, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to share feedback and improve offerings.
  • Create client success plans and support long-term retention.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer success, ideally in B2B financial services.
  • Knowledge of macroeconomics is a plus.
  • Experience with value selling.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and CRM tools.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple accounts.
