Role Description

Responsibilities

• Excellent organizational skills and project tracking abilities.
• Experience in procurement and logistics, with a strong focus on detail.
• Ensure that Searce meets and exceeds goals related to Availability, Performance, Security, Compliance, and Cost in cloud service delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prioritize projects and develop schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and scale effective Technical Project Management capabilities within Cloud.
• Manage end-to-end cloud and data projects for enterprise customers globally.
• Collaborate with sales, cloud vendors, engineering, data teams, and business units to align technical vision with Searce’s digital growth strategies.
• Assist cloud engineering and data teams in project design and execution, assessing risks and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals.
• Work with management to address process deficiencies impacting organizational effectiveness.
• Scope requirements with project and program stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives efficiently.
• Work with technical leads to achieve GCP Specializations and AWS competencies, enabling multi-cloud vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

While education is important, practical experience is key. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field, with at least 4+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in technical project management.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Expertise in technical project management, methodologies, and processes.
• Proven leadership in technology adoption and process improvement, with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Technical understanding of complex, large-scale cloud and data migration projects.
• Experience in evaluating business requirements, identifying trends, and establishing best practices for project delivery.
• Working knowledge of Cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
• ITIL V3 Foundation and PMP certification are a plus but not mandatory.
