Job Title: Customer Success & Growth Associate

Salary: $2,500/month

Performance-based bonuses may be offered after probation.

MeMove is a for-profit social enterprise on a mission to make mobility and income opportunities more accessible for all.

We empower low-income individuals with affordable financing for e-bikes and mobility solutions, helping them earn better and live more independently.

Your Role: Customer Success & Growth Associate

This is a people-first role at the heart of our business. You’ll support customers across the full journey. From first enquiry to long-term support, helping them find the right mobility solution and guiding them through every step.

You’ll gain experience in customer relationship management, business development, digital communication, and service operations, all within a startup setting.

What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement & Onboarding
  • Respond to enquiries on WhatsApp, Carousell, and other platforms
  • Schedule test rides and showroom visits
  • Recommend suitable products or subscription plans tailored to each customer’s needs
Showroom Support & Delivery Coordination
  • Host customer appointments at our Aljunied showroom
  • Prepare and hand over devices (including basic checks and setup)
  • Handle device returns or exchanges smoothly and professionally
Relationship & Service Management
  • Be the customer’s main point of contact after sale
  • Coordinate solutions for servicing, repairs, or account support
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-through
  • Build lasting relationships that lead to trust, retention, and referrals

  • Can work independently and within a team
  • Are open to working some weekends or public holidays when needed (off-days provided)
