Our client is a fantastic B2B exhibitions business, creating world renowned Technology exhibitions and they are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their vibrant, fast-paced team in Singapore.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be at the heart of ensuring the company's exhibitors and sponsors have an effortless and unforgettable experience with the events. From the moment the deal is sealed, you will be the key resource guiding them to success, driving their satisfaction and helping them grow even faster.

Responsibilities:

  1. Be the primary point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring a flawless experience from post-sale through the end of the event-whether in-person or virtually.
  2. Help clients shine by providing tailored onboarding, tracking deliverables, and keeping everyone on track with their event goals.
  3. Collaborate with their incredible marketing and internal teams to craft killer educational resources-documents, videos and webinars that add value to every customer's journey.
  4. On the Ground Support to make sure everything runs smoothly, solve problems and ensure exhibitors have a world-class experience.
  5. Work alongside the sales team to identify new opportunities, upsell, and keep our customers excited to renew and expand their involvement with the company.
  6. Manage the sponsorship process from start to finish, ensuring everything is on track and keeping internal teams aligned and focused on delivering the best results.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not a must.
  • Great communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to think on your feet, solve problems quickly and make things happen.
  • A passion for providing value and ensuring customers feel heard, supported and successful.
  • Prior Sales experience and events industry background will be a PLUS.
