Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Information & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Starting from $2,800
- Transportation and Mobile Phone Reimbursement
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (10am – 7pm)

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales team and support team to provide a smooth customer journey through project management and scheduling
- Prepare and maintain checklists, forms as part of company’s standard operating procedure (S.O.P)
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, helping to evaluate customers’ future needs and recommend best practices
- Other scope for Customer Success Team includes pre-sales site visits and solution consultation and regular visits to our customers
- Assist for on-site equipment setup for POS System and backup for support team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Candidates who possess relevant qualifications, employment background and suitable skills sets will be a plus
- Candidates with no experience may also apply, and will be considered on individual merits
