About the Role
Ogury is on the lookout for a Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success team. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to the fast-paced world of digital advertising while supporting campaign execution and client engagement across the APAC region, with a focus on Singapore-based clients.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Sales and Ad Operations teams to coordinate and support end-to-end campaign delivery. From launch to reporting, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and campaign performance.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about client satisfaction. Whether you’re early in your career or looking to transition into digital media, this is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.
This role reports into the Director of Customer Success and is offered on a hybrid basis, with team members encouraged to work from our Singapore office at least two days per week. This is a 2-3 month contract role, perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
