Your main task will be preparing high-quality datasets and helping to improve automation workflows for better efficiency.Responsibilities: Create and refine datasets for generative AI models. Reviewing how well our AI model is working and creating effective instructions for data analysis. Obsess about our customers" business and their insights to shape their future growth by generating insightful customer reports. Innovate with prompt engineering to steer AI responses and functionalities Design and conduct experiments to test and showcase the potential of generative AI Collaborate with a team of experts in a fast-paced, future-focused environment Drive the narrative of AI development through creative and analytical approaches Contribute to the industry without the need for traditional coding or development tasks (This position does not entail responsibilities related to technical coding or programming)Your Journey at SentiSum:Within the first few months: Dive into learning what our customers need and how we make a difference for them. Get to grips with how we work, the tools we use, and how the team pulls together to get things done. Start shaping how we label things to make sure our AI is giving us the results we want. Craft smart prompts that help make our AI even more helpful and efficient. Take the lead on exploring our data and setting up your own systems for organising it. Champion best-practices onboarding for new customers of Sentisum. Put together custom reports that give our clients exactly what theyre looking for and uncover new insights. Step up to look after our client relationships, making sure theyre getting the most out of our AI. Bring your ideas to the table on how to optimise our operations. Employ Sentisum's comprehensive internal reporting to generate custom reports, ensuring clients receive actionable insights tailored to their specific needs. Translate complex data sets into compelling PowerPoint packs that clearly articulate value and insights, facilitating strategic conversations with clientsAbout You:You're great at English, both in writing and speaking. You have a knack for understanding and meeting customer needs. You're really excited about the potential of AI and automation and love solving problems creatively.
